Spanish in Chile participants will take part in English Summer Camp, an English immersion camp designed for the most motivated Chilean high school students.

This camp provides opportunities for students to practice English in a real context with native English speakers and Chilean English teachers through interactive activities, such as field trips, group projects, and games.

Camps will take place in regions all over Chile during January, after a brief orientation for Spanish in Chile participants in Santiago. All food, lodging, and transportation will be provided.

English Opens Doors volunteers rate the English Camps as the highlight of the volunteer experience. They are great opportunity for the future volunteers to share and interact with these motivated students, and also to meet the students with whom they will be working later on during their volunteer experience!
