Marcela Salgado

Marcela Salgado Muñoz is the Coordinator of Student Development of the English Opens Doors Program in Santiago, Chile. She has been working for the English Opens Doors Program since 2012 and is a certified English as a Foreign Language teacher.

Jeremy Gould is the Coordinator of the National Volunteer Center. 29 years old, he is originally from Maryland and studied Sociology and Spanish while in the University. He was a volunteer with the National Volunteer Center for 2 years: in Las Ventanas, Valparaíso in 2010 and in Río Bueno, Los Ríos in 2011. He has been working with the National Volunteer Center of the English Opens Doors Program since March, 2012.

stephanie_hairgrove

Stephanie Hairgrove is an International Assistant in the National Volunteer Center. She has her Master’s Degree of Science in College Student Personnel. She was a professional Residence Director at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in Honolulu, HI before coming to Chile as an EODP volunteer in March, 2013. Stephanie volunteered for 1.5 years: Ovalle, Coquimbo in 2013 and Punta Arenas, Magallanes in 2014. She has been working in the National Volunteer Center of the English Opens Doors Program since July, 2014.

sandra_pina

Sandra Pina is an International Assistant in the National Volunteer Center. Originally from Massachusetts, Sandra studied Economics and Spanish Literature at Tufts University. In 2010, she was a volunteer with the National Volunteer Center for 8 months in Río Bueno in the Los Ríos region. She has been working with the National Volunteer Center since December 2014.

madeline_quick

Madeline Quick is an International Assistant in the National Volunteer Center. She is originally from New Hampshire and studied Spanish and Latin American and Caribbean Studies at Hartwick College. In 2013, she was a year-long volunteer for the National Volunteer Center in Chiguayante, Bío Bío. Afterwards, she returned to the United States where she was a Public Health Advocate at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx. Madeline returned to Chile in 2015 and has been working with the National Volunteer Center since August.
